Grace has published numerous fillers on home, garden, and food topics in "Prima Magazine" (UK), "Your Family" (UK), "The Irish Times Magazine" (Ireland), "Food & Wine Magazine" (Ireland), "Gardeners' World" (UK), and "The Dubliner" (Ireland).
Grace's humourous essays have featured in nine print anthologies including "A Cup of Comfort for a Better World", Four Bylines Calendars, "Simple Pleasures of The Kitchen", "They Lied! True Tales of Pregnancy", "The MECA Anthology", and "Traffic Life".
In 2013 she won a writing retreat at Carousel Creates with "I am a Writer".
Grace reads constantly. She is currently challenging herself to read a list of 501 books. She has reviewed short fiction, thrillers, fantasy, travel and history books for "The Good Book Guide" (staff role), "Midwest Book Review", "The Compulsive Reader", "WomenWriters", "Crescent Blues", and "Absolute Write".
Editing & Speaking
Grace has also spoken at Aghamore Literery Festival, created workshops for World Romance Writers, and copy-edited a series of handbooks for Scouting Ireland.
